These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of our products. By ordering from Shree Ganesh Tel Ghani Jaipur, you agree to the terms below — including the cancellation and refund rules in section 6, which describe exactly how our checkout and cancellation flow behaves.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Use of Our Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't restrict or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
Products & Orders
Product images and descriptions are representative — actual packaging may vary slightly. All orders are subject to stock availability: if an item goes out of stock between your cart and checkout, the order won't go through for that item. Cart totals, discounts, and shipping shown on the site are indicative; the final amount is always recalculated on our servers at the moment your order is placed, and that server-side amount is what's charged.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept online payment only — cards, UPI, and netbanking, processed securely through Razorpay. Cash on Delivery is not available.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India. There is no same-day delivery. Within Jaipur, delivery is next-day; the rest of India takes at least 3–4 working days. Shipping is charged by order weight on every order — there is no free-shipping threshold. Delivery estimates are our best expectation, not a guarantee — delays can occur for reasons outside our control once an order is handed to our courier.
हम पूरे भारत में डिलीवरी करते हैं। उसी दिन डिलीवरी उपलब्ध नहीं है। जयपुर के भीतर अगले दिन डिलीवरी होती है; बाकी भारत में कम से कम 3–4 कार्य दिवस लगते हैं।
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Orders can be cancelled from your Account → Orders page within 4 hours of being placed. After that window, or once an order has been Delivered or already Cancelled, it can no longer be cancelled through the website — contact us if something has gone wrong.
What happens next depends on whether the order has already shipped:
- Not yet shipped — the order is cancelled immediately and any stock held for it is released straight away.
- Already shipped — we arrange a Return to Origin (RTO) with our courier. The order is held in a "return in progress" state until the returned item reaches us, at which point the cancellation is finalized.
Either way, a full refund to your original payment method is initiated as soon as cancellation is processed, whether or not the order had shipped. Refunds are issued in full only — we don't do partial refunds for a cancellation. Refunds are handled by Razorpay and usually take 5–7 business days to reflect once initiated; your order page shows the current status in the meantime.
Product Claims & Health Disclaimer
Our oils are traditionally extracted and wood-pressed. Nothing on this site is a medical claim: we do not claim that any of our oils cures, treats, prevents, or reduces the risk of any disease or condition, and nothing here is a substitute for professional medical advice.
Castor oil is sold for external use only and is not intended for consumption.

All content on this website — text, images, logos, and trademarks — belongs to Shree Ganesh Tel Ghani Jaipur and its operating entity and is protected by law. Please don't reproduce it without permission.
User Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
Limitation of Liability
We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, beyond what's required by law. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer protection law that can't be excluded by agreement.
