This policy explains what personal information Shree Ganesh Tel Ghani Jaipur collects when you use this website or place an order, how we use it, and the two outside services — Razorpay for payments and Ekart for delivery — that briefly touch it along the way.

   When you create an account, save an address, or place an order, we collect the information you give us directly:

   • Name, email address, and phone number
   • Delivery and billing addresses
   • Order history — what you've ordered, when, and its status

   We don't collect anything beyond what's needed to run your account and fulfil your orders.

   How We Use Your Information

   We use this information to create and manage your account, process and deliver your orders, send order and shipping updates, respond when you contact us, and apply coupons you've used before to enforce their usage limits.

   Payment Processing

   Online payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or netbanking details — those stay on Razorpay's systems. We keep only the payment status and Razorpay's reference IDs against your order, so we can confirm it was paid and process any refund.

   Sharing With Our Delivery Partner

   To get your order to you, we share your name, phone number, and shipping address with Ekart, our courier and logistics partner, once your order is packed for dispatch. Ekart uses this only to arrange pickup, delivery, and tracking for that order.

   Cookies & Analytics

   We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart between visits. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site — which pages are viewed, and general usage behaviour — so we can improve it. This is aggregate analytics, not ad conversion tracking; we don't use third-party advertising or remarketing cookies.

   Google Analytics data (such as your IP address and device/browser information) is sent to and processed by Google. You can read how Google handles this data in Google's Privacy Policy.

   Data Security

   Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing, never in plain text, and payment details never touch our servers at all (see Payment Processing above). Access to customer data within our systems is limited to what's needed to fulfil orders and provide support.

   Your Rights & Requesting Deletion

   You can view and update your saved addresses and profile details anytime from your account. To request a copy of your personal data, or to have your account and personal data deleted, contact us — see below — and we'll act on it within a reasonable time, subject to records we're legally required to keep (such as completed order and tax records).
