Our Story
A wooden ghani, a small team in Jaipur, and a refusal to shortcut the process.
कच्ची घानी
Shree Ganesh Tel Ghani Jaipur presses edible oils the way it has always been done in Rajasthan — on a wooden ghani, turning slowly, at low speed. No high-heat extraction, no chemical solvents, no shortcuts. Just seeds, a press, and time. We've been doing it this way in Jaipur since 2021.

The Press
A Craft, Not a Shortcut
A Kachi Ghani press turns slowly and generates far less heat than industrial expellers. That slower, cooler extraction is the entire difference between our oil and a mass-refined bottle — nothing more complicated than time and temperature.
We don't refine what comes out of the press. What you get is what the seed gave up, nothing added back in.

Small Batch
Made in Batches Small Enough to Watch
We press in small runs, not continuous industrial lines. Someone is there to see the oil come off the press, check the colour, and decide when a batch is done — not a schedule.
It's slower. It's also the only way we know to keep the process honest.

No Shortcuts
No Chemicals, No Preservatives
Our oils go from press to bottle without chemical refining, bleaching, or deodorising — and without added preservatives. What changes the oil's colour or aroma along the way is the seed, not us.
Every oil we sell is FSSAI licensed and 100% vegetarian.

Rooted in Jaipur
Local, on Purpose
Extraction and bottling both happen in Jaipur. We're not a national brand outsourcing production — this is a local operation, and we'd rather stay small and consistent than scale past the point where we can still watch every batch.
What We Stand For
Traditionally Extracted
Pressed on a wooden ghani at low speed, not high-speed industrial machinery.
No Chemical Refining
Nothing added, nothing stripped out with solvents.
Small Batch
Every batch is small enough for someone to actually watch over it.
Made in Jaipur
Extracted and bottled locally, not shipped in from elsewhere.
